These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Bali Gig Guide. By using the site, creating an account, or submitting a band or venue listing, you agree to these terms.
Using the service
Bali Gig Guide is currently in a prelaunch phase. The platform is intended for artists, venues, and users who want to prepare listings, explore the product, and participate in the early rollout. We may change, suspend, or remove features at any time while the service is still developing.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not access accounts that do not belong to you or attempt to disrupt, abuse, or interfere with the service.
Listings, submissions, and approval
Submitting a band or venue profile does not guarantee publication. Bali Gig Guide may review, edit, reject, remove, or request changes to any listing in order to maintain quality, accuracy, safety, and fit for the platform. Approval status may change over time.
Content you provide
You retain ownership of the content you submit, but you grant Bali Gig Guide a non-exclusive right to host, display, format, reproduce, and use that content for operating, promoting, and improving the service. You confirm that you have the right to upload the text, images, and links you provide.
Acceptable use
You must not upload misleading, unlawful, infringing, defamatory, abusive, spammy, or malicious content. You must not attempt to scrape restricted data, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, bypass security, or use Bali Gig Guide in a way that harms the platform or its users.
Disclaimers and liability
Bali Gig Guide is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bali Gig Guide is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the platform.
